AIFMD Reporting (Annex IV Reporting)

Under Annex IV of the AIFMD, all authorised and registered fund managers must report transparency information on their funds to local regulators for each country they market in.

ESMA has developed template reporting documents, which detail both the AIFM and AIF specific categories of information that must be provided. The reporting obligations will apply to all AIFMs in respect of both EU managed AIFs and also to any non-EU AIFs that are marketed within the EU.
