Luxembourg resident, Kelly has joined Funds Avenue in 2016. She is an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of the Luxembourg domestic and offshore finance business environment and has a proven track record in driving sales growth and business opportunities. With almost two decades of experience in prestigious companies, she has excelled in business management, legal, and corporate secretarial matters. Kelly has a proven track record of identifying business opportunities and risks. She is skilled in managing multiple projects and roadmaps in the fund management industry.

Fluent in French, German, English, and Luxembourgish, Kelly is also a member of Women on Board , Private Equity for Women Club (PE4W),LPEA, and LuxREAL.

Hervé is Managing Director at Funds Avenue S.A. Prior to joining Funds Avenue S.A. in July 2021, Hervé was Global Head of Sales & Member of the Executive Committee at Lemanik Asset Management during the last 10 years.

Before he held various senior positions within UBS Wealth Management, BNP Paribas Securities Services, Banque Générale du Luxembourg, CACEIS, Fortis Bank and Banque Degroof. Hervé is member of the ALCO (Luxembourg Officer Compliance Association) and the ALFI, and he sat on several Boards of Directors for UCITS and AIFs Funds.

Hugo Muller holds a master degree in Audit and Economics from EM Strasbourg Business School and is a qualified Réviseur d’entreprises in Luxembourg. Before joining Funds Avenue, he was an Audit Partner in one of the largest Audit firms in Luxembourg, serving a range of International client. He was leading the Fund Industry activity with other Partners.

Hugo has an ample experience in the Financial industry. Hugo is currently leading and supervising the Business Development with other colleagues for UCITS Funds, Alternative Investment Funds investing in Private Equity & Venture Capital, Real Estate, Hedge Funds, Funds of Hedge Funds and Tangible Assets. He is also a Board member for various UCITS and Alternative investment Funds.

Jean-Jacques holds a master’s degree in business administration delivered by the University of Liège (Belgium) and by the University of Tilburg (The Netherlands). He started his career with Deloitte in Luxembourg in 1991. He became Chartered Accountant in 1994 and specialized in the Fund industry and the Banking sector. He was in charge of audit and consultancy assignments. Jean-Jacques joined Fleming Fund Management Luxembourg in 1998, a heritage member of the JPMorgan group. He held several positions during his career at JPMorgan such as Head of Finance, CFO for Continental Europe and Conducting Officer in Fund Administration.

He has also served for many years in the Management Committee and has been an Executive Board Member of JPMorgan Asset Management (Europe) S.à.R.L. since 2002. Jean-Jacques qualified as a Certified Director with Guberna, the Belgian Corporate Governance Institute and with ILA, the Institute of Luxembourgish Administrators in 2016.

Lucie Fischbach holds a master’s degree in Legal and Financial Management from the University of Strasbourg, as well as a Master in Wealth Management from the Luxembourg School of Finance. Before joining Funds Avenue as Chief Compliance Officer in 2017, she began her Luxembourg career working at Arendt Regulatory and Consulting, where she acquired extensive experience in regulatory and compliance matters in the fund management industry. She is a member of the ALCO (“Association Luxembourgeoise des Compliance Officers”).

Michael holds a Master in Finance with a specialisation in financial engineering from the University of Nancy II. He has joined Fuchs & Associés Group in 2015 as Portfolio Manager. Since 2016, he is the CFO of Funds Avenue and leads the Portfolio Management Team. He is a member of various Investment Committees and overseas investments of Private Equity & Debt, Real Estate and Listed Assets portfolios.

Previous roles include trading and financial analysis for various institutions in Luxembourg.

Jacques is involved in the implementation and the daily monitoring of funds managed internally. He is also in charge of all the setups of the funds Funds Avenue manage. He is a member of the board of directors of some SICAVs.
He joined the AIFM in January 2016. Prior to that, he worked as an auditor in the UCITS and AIF fund industry within Ernst & Young.

Jacques holds a Master’s degree in Audit and Financial Analysis from the HEC faculty at the University of Liège.

Benoît Joseph joined Funds Avenue in September 2018 as a Risk Manager and promoted in 2020 as Head of Risk Management. He holds a Master degree of ICHEC Brussels Management School. He worked for an audit firm (Big4) for 5 years as an Auditor. He mainly worked on Investment Funds and Private Equity and is also specialized in derivatives and structured products. He has obtained the Operations Certificate Programme (OCP) from the International Capital Market Association (ICMA). He also obtained the “Formation complémentaire des candidats experts-comptables” from the Université du Luxembourg.

At Funds Avenue, he has worked actively on UCITS and alternative funds, including on the review, validation and valuation of real assets transactions. In 2021, Benoît has successfully passed the FRM Level 1.
